Florida Vacation

We just got back from 2 wonderful weeks in Florida with Tommy's family. The weather was beautiful and it's so much fun watching the kids enjoy the beach and pool. I'm already ready to go back, since our weather has been cool and rainy since we got home. I guess I'll just have to wait until next year. It's always a great time to get to see a lot of Tommy's family, who we don't get to see very often. We had a great time visiting with Tom & Debbie, Matt, Misty, Alex, Elizabeth & Luke, his Grandma & Grandpa, Aunt Julie, Laura & baby Warner, Meredith, Aunt Kathy, Uncle Tim and Timothy. Here are quite a few pictures, but it's hard to narrow down when you have over 500 pictures to choose from! (Not all mine, these were from 4 different cameras.)

Here are 4 generations of Warner men.

This was the last night Tommy was there and luckily, the night Trey started walking!

This was where you could usually find Madison. She loves swimming so much. We started calling her the little fish, because she would just swim for hours. The last day we were there, we were in the water from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm and she could have kept going. It is definitely nice not having to worry so much about her in the water.

My little beach bum.

Madison and Trey enjoying the beach.

My little ice cream man. Don't get between this little guy and his ice cream!

As Maddi reminds me, "It's not a real alligator Mommy."

We were there over Easter, so Tommy's Aunt Kathy was nice enough to help the kids decorate eggs. Here they are just getting started.

And she also had to patience after the eggs, to help them make a bunny cake. I think they consumed an entire can of icing!

A beautiful evening on the beach.

Enjoying a Florida sunset.

Cheese!

Alex was in charge of digging this hole, which Maddi thought she needed to fill back in.

Trey is very happy because he just found some crackers. He eats more than I do! I'm not sure where it all goes.

The kids loved feeding the birds almost as much as the birds loved to be fed. They would fly up to your hand and take the food from you.

Trey thought they were very funny, but got upset when he couldn't actually catch them.

He also loved to eat the sand. Not sure what the appeal is, but he just kept eating it.

How fun to be on the beach!! That was a great post, especially the bunny cake pic, it was great to see all the photographers and their attempts to get the kids attention in the mirror!!

That looks like such a great time for your family! And where did Maddi learn to swim like that!?! She's a cute little fish.
